A division bench of Calcutta High Court Chief Justice Prakash Srivastava dismissed the plea of the Birbhum district president. According to the political circles, this verdict increased the discomfort of Anubrata Mondal.
However, it was not known whether the TMC leader would go to the apex court to challenge the decision of the division bench or not.
