News Desk: The Israeli military says it has killed Yaakov Ashour, who it identified as the head of the anti-tank unit in the Kahn Younis brigade.
It also said Khosl Muhammad Hamis Dababesh had been killed. Israel said Dabbash had previously served as head of intelligence for Hamas’s armed wing. He was currently working in Hamas’s political wing.
Israel’s military also said its forces had killed Tahsin Maslam, Jahad Azzam, and Manir Harev, describing all as high-ranking members of Hamas’s military wing.
Hamas did not immediately confirm the deaths.
