Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Outgoing BCCI Chief Sourav Ganguly is likely to be back as the President of the State unit, the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB).
This comes in days after it was confirmed as Ganguly’s second term as BCCI Chief won’t happen. Ganguly says he will file his nomination for the Bengal Cricket Board on October 22. BCCI still has to finalize their names for the ICC Chairman nomination Chairman on October 20. However, sources claim that Ganguly’s chances for the nominee for the ICC position are very dim.
