News Desk: Israeli forces have fatally shot four Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank in the last 24 hours, Defense for Children International – Palestine (DCIP) says.
Two of the children, all of whom were aged between 15 and 17, were killed Wednesday afternoon and the other two were killed in the early hours today, the group said.
“Israeli forces are increasingly and brazenly killing Palestinian children throughout the West Bank,” Ayed Abu Eqtaish, DCIP’s accountability programme director, said in a statement.
“At this moment, there is absolutely no check on Israeli aggression as the international community enables war crimes through the provision of weapons and financial and diplomatic support to ensure Israeli forces and officers enjoy impunity regardless of the gravity of crimes.”
