Mamata Banerjee called for protest procession and movement against center for blocking hundred days work money

News Desk: On Sunday, chief minister Mamata Banerjee from Durgapur alleged that the center has blocked hundred days work money. She also called for protest procession and movement.

She said “Since December, the central government is not paying us for 100 days of work. But we deserve it. The center is not paying for five months for playing dirty political games. These poor people are working day in and day out. They have worked but are not getting paid. I will tell everyone to march together in every booth and block of the state on 5th and 6th June. In this way the money of the poor people cannot be blocked”.

She added “This money is not central government money, it takes taxes away from here. We don’t get what we deserve from it. It’s not that they are being kind. I think immediate 100 days work money should be released. If not, then we will spread the movement from Kolkata to Delhi”.
