Debjit Mukherjee: Violence in Manipur continues. The incident took place around 8:30 am on Tuesday in the Kanggui area of Kangpokpi district. Police Superintendent of Kangpokopi District said, “Three Kuki people were coming in a vehicle. At that time they were fired. Search is on for those involved in the incident. The bodies have been recovered from the spot and sent for post-mortem.” Police and Assam Rifles are searching for the suspects in Imphal West and Kangpokpi districts.
