Salma Sultana, Kolkata: A seminar was organized today i.e. Monday at the auditorium of Park Circus campus under the initiative of the history department of Aliah University. The topic of discussion was on Indian nationalism and communalism. The main speaker was Professor Hitendra Patel, head of the department of history of Rabindra Bharati University.
“Communalism will be freed the day we learn to love nationalism,” said Professor Patel. All teachers and students were present in the seminar. At the end of the speech, he gave everyone an opportunity to ask questions on the topic discussed.
