Debjit Mukherjee: The final hearing of all teacher recruitment cases in Bengal will begin simultaneously in the Supreme Court from October 5. All the cases will be heard by the Division Bench of Justice Aniruddha Bose and Justice Bela M Trivedi. The Supreme Court announced this on Wednesday. SC said that each case will be heard separately.
Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya, lawyer for the deprived job seekers, said in the hearing of the case related to Class XI and XII OMR sheets on Wednesday. Due to the backlog of cases, the unqualified continue to work and the eligible are deprived. The Supreme Court announced this decision soon after this.
