Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: The investigation is going on for 18 months but the result is zero! Justice Amrita Sinha reprimanded ED-CBI in Leaps and Bounds case. The judge said that the examination of the information of the company’s directors and managers in the report is incomplete. According to him, there is no mention of Abhishek Banerjee’s bank account in the report. There is also no details of the land held by the TMC MPs. Not only Abhishek, there is no detailed property information of the six directors.
Justice Sinha expressed her anger after seeing the report in the packed courtroom. At the same time she ordered to submit detailed information. The next hearing of the case is on September 29.
