News Desk: Hijab controversy in Karnataka continues. Two students, Alia Asadi and Reshma, paid the price for participating in the pro hijab movement. They were not allowed to enter the examination hall for wearing hijab.

It is learned that both are frontline leaders of the Hijab movement. They tried to convince the authorities for 40-45 minutes. But all went in vein and they left the centre.

Twelfth class board examination has started in Karnataka on Friday. Education minister BC Nagesh clearly said that those wearing hijab will not be allowed in the examination hall. Many Muslim students requested him to allow them for the examination wearing hijab but he did not respond.
