News Desk: Allegations against the police for preventing the TMC parliamentary delegation from entering Delhi’s Jahangirpuri.
It is learned that a five-member Trinamool delegation arrived on Friday afternoon. They saw that the whole area was surrounded by police and barricades. When they tried to enter, the police stopped them. With the help of the locals, they reached the mosque in front of which the main incident of violence took place. But when they went there, they saw that there is a separate barricade in the mosque premises. When they asked the police to open the barricade, police said that the road to the mosque was on the other side. But the TMC representatives understood that they have gone farther by going down the road shown by the policemen.
After that argument with the police started. Eventually they tried to understand the situation by talking to the locals. They will report to the supremo.
