Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Birbhum TMC president Anubrata Mondal is not appearing in the CBI office tomorrow in connection with the cattle smuggling case. In an email on Sunday, he sought some time from the CBI as he has a routine physical examination at SSKM Hospital tomorrow.
According to sources, he has been informed by the CBI that he should appear as soon as possible. As a result, it is believed that he may be summoned next Tuesday.
