Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Atmosphere of tension over Bengal LoP Suvendu Adhikari’s statement regarding December on Wednesday. Speaking to reporters, Adhikari said “I am not saying that the state government will topple in December. But it is for sure that the biggest thief in the state will be nabbed and put behind bars in December. BJP does not want to come to power in the state through backdoor. We will come to power after getting elected democratically with popular mandate”.
On Tuesday, Agnimitra Paul also created fuss with her 30 TMC MLA statement. She said “December will be a crucial month. More than 30 TMC MLAs are in constant touch with us”.
