“Do not recite Hanuman Chalisa on May 3”: Raj Thackeray to his party workers

News Desk: MNS chief Raj Thackeray on Monday urged his party workers to not to recite Hanuman Chalisa on Tuesday, May 3 to prevent any unrest in the state.

In a tweet, he said, “Tomorrow is Eid. I had earlier said at a meeting in Aurangabad that Muslims should be able to perform their religious rites with joy. Therefore, please do not perform ‘Aarti’ on Akshay Tritiya. We don’t want religious ceremonies of other religions to be disrupted. Playing loudspeakers is a social problem, it has nothing to do with religion. I will tweet about the next steps in this regard”.
