Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: The state-governor conflict has increased. Governor CV Anand Bose appointed interim VCs in 16 universities of the state. Even the governor announced the appointment of interim vice-chancellor in the University of Agriculture and Animal Sciences on Sunday night. Vice-Chancellor of Rabindra Bharati University and retired Justice Subhrokomal Mukhopadhyay has been given the charge of Presidency University.
