Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Calcutta High Court judges shocked by ED officer’s activity in ‘Leaps and Bounds’ firm file download case. Judges said it is unexpected from an ED cadre officer. The 16 files will be downloaded in the presence of two officers, Mithilesh Mishra of ED and Amitabh Sinha Roy of Kolkata Police’s cyber wing, as per the court order. The expert will download it and examine it. And after examining those files, the court will consider whether the application will be accepted or not.
