Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: “Kolkata Police Harassing ED Officials over 16 files downloaded on computers of ‘Leaps and Bounds’ Organization” ED officials moved the Calcutta High Court bench of Justice Amrita Sinha on Thursday.
ED claims, Kolkata police are harassing ED officials over 16 files downloaded on the computer of ‘Leaps and Bounds’ company. They are sending letters again and again. ED seeks permission to file a fresh application for protection of ED officers. Justice Sinha allowed to file a new application. The case is likely to be heard today.
