Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: CBI summons Narada chief Mathew Samuel again in Narada case before Lok Sabha elections. He has been ordered to appear at the Nizam Palace next Monday at 10:30 am.
According to CBI sources, there is confusion about where the money used in that operation came from. Mathew was questioned several times by the investigators about this. The CBI claimed that Mathew had told them that it was KD Singh’s company that had given him the money. CBI sent notice to KD Singh’s organization to verify it. They were asked how much money was given to Mathew. But KD Singh’s organization said that they did not pay that money. Since then, the CBI has sent several notices to Mathew for questioning.
