News Desk: Pak-Taliban war intensified after both sides engaged in fresh clashes along the Durand Line in Kunar province on Tuesday.
As per reports, the clash occurred after Pak army opened fire and used heavy artillery in the Dangam district of Kunar. The Taliban troops assembled in the area to re-engage with the Pakistan Army.
A similar violence also took place in December 2021 along the Durand Line between the two sides.
Pakistan and the Taliban have been in disagreement regarding the sanctity of the 2,640-kilometre-long border for decades and have locked horns multiple times in the past.
