News Desk: Russia on Thursday declared a ceasefire in the war-torn city of Mariupol to rescue civilians. Humanitarian corridors have been created from Mariupol to the town of Japarzai to rescue civilians. The corridor is going through Russian controlled port of Bardiansk.
However, analysts say it is unclear whether a ceasefire will end the fighting.
The United States has said Russia is withdrawing troops from Chernobyl.
