Survey in Gyanvapi: The historical objects found should be submitted to the District Magistrate

Debjit Mukherjee: Last month, ASI started the survey in Gyanvapi mosque. Now a court in Varanasi has directed the Archaeological Survey of India to submit all the historically significant objects related to Hinduism found during the survey to the District Magistrate. Besides this, the District Magistrate shall keep it in a safe deposit with him or any person appointed by him.
