Debjit Mukherjee: Manipur has been burning in the flames of Meitei-Kuki caste riots for the last four months. This time, the responsibility of bringing peace to the violent Manipur has been given to retired colonel Amrit Sanjenbam, the hero of the surgical strike in Myanmar in 2015.
