Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: The special CBI court (Bankshall court) on Monday sent Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee and Arpita Mukherjee to 10 days ED custody and will be produced again on August 3 for further hearing.
AIIMS Bhuvaneshwar discharged Partha Chatterjee after declaring him fit. He will be taken back to Kolkata tomorrow, after which he will be in ED custody.
