News Desk: Neeraj Chopra wrote history again. He became the first Indian athlete to win a gold medal at the World Athletics Championships in the men’s javelin throw final event in Budapest. In his second attempt in the final, he managed to throw the javelin at a distance of 88.17m. Neeraj won the gold medal after a close battle with Pakistan’s star javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem. Nadeem’s highest throw was 87.82 meters.
