“Law and order has improved in the state under BJP government”: Yogi Adityanath

News Desk: Talking about the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh, chief minister Yogi Adityanath claimed “Law and order has improved in the state since the BJP came to power in Uttar Pradesh in 2017”.

He claimed that “Ram Navami has been celebrated without any unrest anywhere in the state”.

“Since the BJP came to power in Uttar Pradesh in 2017, law and order has improved in the state. Earlier there were riots in several places including Muzaffarnagar, Meerut and Moradabad. In many cases curfew had to be imposed month after month. There were no riots. We have evicted illegal slaughterhouses, built cowsheds to keep cowherds well. We have stopped playing loudspeakers in places of worship”.

Opposition groups said “Yogi Adityanath has won the election by using religion card. Minorities in the state are in big danger”.
