Indian government directed to start excavation work on the premises of Qutub Minar

News Desk: On Saturday, Ministry of Information Secretary Govind Mohan inspected the Qutub Minar compound with a team of 12 people – three historians, four ASI officials and the rest of the researchers – and instructed the ASI to start digging.

It is learned that excavation work will be started from the south side and 15 meters away from the minaret. Iconography has also been ordered for the statues found in the premises.
