On Saturday, a video went viral showing a young man in Barabanki announcing the cancellation of ration cards. In the video, he was heard saying “Strict legal action will be taken if it is found out that non-eligible ones are picking up rice and wheat in rations. Also, the price of rice and wheat will be charged at the local market price from the day the customer takes the ration”.
