Debjit Mukherjee: Aam Aadmi Party has announced to attend the upcoming meeting in Mumbai to save the India alliance. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal told reporters on Monday, “We are going to Mumbai. We will let you know what decision will be taken in the coming days.”
According to analysts, Congress holds considerable power in Delhi. AAP and BJP are both rivals there. If Congress leaves a seat on a solid ground for the sake of alliance, it will be like axing own feet. Moreover, many in the Congress also think that AAP is actually the B team of the BJP.
