News Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed the ‘Dikshant Parade’ of probationary Indian Police Service (IPS) officers graduating from Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad.
He advised them to do yoga and pranayam on a daily basis.
He said “Never lose the respect for your khaki uniform”
He also added “Don’t be a Singham”. This is because their good work might get overshadowed.
He also advised the officers to be alert and prepare themselves all the time to encounter the unexpected.
