News Desk: Several European politicians have nominated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the Nobel Peace Prize.
A statement from the Norwegian Nobel Committee stated “We urge the Nobel Committee to resume the nomination process for the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize. That time should be extended to March 31. President Zelenskyy’s name could be nominated for the Peace Prize, keeping in mind the people of Ukraine”.
Meanwhile, questions have been raised over Zelenskyy’s nomination for the Peace Prize. According to some diplomats, the move by European leaders is nothing more than anti-Russian propaganda.
