News Desk: The Supreme Court has stayed the sedition law for the time being. This happened for the first time in 162 years.
The apex court said, “For the time being, no FIR should be filed under the Sedition Act. If a case is filed under the Sedition Act, the accused can go to the High Court to challenge it. Those who have been arrested under this law will be able to apply for bail”.
