News Desk: Tripura chief minister Biplab Deb suddenly resigned from the post of chief minister. However, the reason is not yet clear. He sent his resignation letter to the governor on Saturday afternoon.
After his resignation, he said “The party wants to increase the strength of the organization before the 2023 elections. In order to stay in government for a long time, it is necessary to increase the strength of the organization. Only if there is an organization there will be a government. So the team wants to use me in the organization”.
He further said “I have been working under the guidance of the Prime Minister for so long. I have tried to establish justice in Tripura. This time I will work for the organization with the will of the central leadership”.
