UP Assembly Polls: Mamata Banerjee to travel to Varanasi on February 15

News Desk: Calling Samajwadi party chief Akhilesh Yadav her brother, West Bengal chief minister and TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee, in a press conference with the Samajwadi Party chief in Lucknow, declared that she will travel to Varanasi on February 15.

She also attacked the saffron party from the press conference and said “I will not contest in UP polls but will support Akhilesh as he is my brother. I came here to request people to vote for Samajwadi Party”

“UP govt should apologise for Hathras, Unnao incidents, and NRC deaths. Yogi Adityanath was campaigning in West Bengal polls instead of fighting covid in his state.

Our government conducted funeral for bodies floating in the Ganga from UP. So before seeking votes they should apologize” she added.

She also said that the BJP should provide jobs for kin of Covid victims in vacancies in the Railways.

Mocking CM Adityanath over BJP manifesto, she said “Today BJP is releasing manifesto…. I don’t know whether its manifesto or moneyfesto”

She also launched an attack on prime minister Narendra Modi from the press conference as well. “PM says he has given free vaccines. Where did he bring the money from?” she asked.
