News Desk: West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee will begin her two-day visit to Uttar Pradesh today to support Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav for the upcoming assembly election in the state.
She is expected to reach the Yogi Rajya around 5:20 p.m.. After that she will hold a press conference with the Samajwadi party on Tuesday.
Earlier she confirmed that her party will not contest the upcoming assembly election in the state. But her party will support and extend help to Akhilesh Yadav.
Apart from that she confirmed that her party will contest election in the state in the 2024 Lok sabha polls.
