News Desk: The two day 41st State Handball Championship (knockout basis tournament) was organised recently by West Bengal State Handball Association, following government rules, i.e., full vaccination of all players.
10 districts, 320 players and 16 teams participated in the tournament. It was inaugurated by Swapan Banerjee, President of Bengal Olympic Association.
Both men and women team of Kolkata ended up as runners up. The men’s tournament was won by Paschim Bardhaman district and the women’s tournament was won by Nadia district.
