News Desk: After the saffron party denied TMC to hold a public rally twice, TMC spokesperson Kunal Ghosh said that their party will take this matter to the court, if BJP denies permission this time.
He said “We have now sought permission to hold the rally on September 22. We have given the letter in the manner required for the procession. But this time, if permission is not given, we will move the court”
“Tripura’s law enforcement agencies allowed other parties to hold rallies. But they are invoking Covid-19 norms for TMC” he added.
Reacting to this, West Bengal BJP chief said “TMC is not allowing our rally for bypolls in the state. But they are crying foul in Tripura”
