Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Big relief for TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee in Calcutta High Court as Justice Tirthankar Ghosh ordered “no strict action against Abhishek Banerjee based on ECIR filed by ED in recruitment corruption case”.
The court also said, “The ECIR brought against Abhishek Banerjee cannot be dismissed at this time. As the investigation in view of the ECIR filed by the ED is at a very early stage, the investigation may continue.”
