Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Abhishek Banerjee again in court with the request to reveal the information of the seizure list of the Leaps and Bounds organization. He had already filed a case in court demanding dismissal of the ECIR. There is a possibility of judgment in the case on September 5. It remains to be seen if there is any connection between today’s application and the previous case. Hearing will be held if the court is satisfied. The plea is likely to be heard on Friday.
