Debjit Mukherjee: India has had a great start to the new financial year. India’s GDP grew by 7.8 percent in the first quarter of FY 2023-24. In the announcement made by the Center on Thursday evening, it is said that due to various issues like increase in consumer demand or demand in the service sector, the country’s economy grew so much in this quarter. The production of steel, cement and electricity increased in July. Coal, natural gas production has also increased.
