Debjit Mukherjee: “There is a lot of evidence to proceed with the sexual harassment case against Brijbhushan Saran Singh” Delhi Police lawyer Atul Srivastava told the court.
Proceedings are underway to charge Brijbhushan under sections 354 (criminal force intended to dishonor a woman), 354 ‘A’ (sexual harassment), 354 ‘D’ (following secretly) of the Indian Penal Code. The next hearing of this case will be on August 19. On that day, the lawyers of the accused will have an opportunity to question.
