Danish siddiqui’s family to file case against the Taliban in the International Criminal Court

News Desk: The family of slain Indian photojournalist Danish Siddiqui is going to file a case against the Taliban in the International Criminal Court.

In a statement, they said they were approaching the International Criminal Court. Several top Taliban leaders and militants have been charged in the Danish murder case.

According to analysts, the move is largely symbolic. The Taliban has never complied with international court or law in that sense. However, the lawsuit will build international momentum against the current rulers of Afghanistan and create some pressure.
