News Desk: Congress leader and former finance minister P Chidambaram faced protest from pro-Congress lawyers in Calcutta High Court for questioning against a PIL filed by West Bengal Congress President Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury in connection with corruption in the sale of shares of Metro Dairy.
Leader of the pro Congress lawyers, Kaustav Bagchi said “Chidambaram has hurt thousands of Congress workers in the state by fighting lawsuits on behalf of the TMC government. He is playing with the Congress leaders of the state. He has taken money from TMC. Our president Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury is extremely angry with his role”.
