PM Modi inaugurated Prime Ministers Museum on the occasion of Ambedkar’s birth anniversary

News Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday inaugurated the Prime Minister’s Museum (after renovating the Nehru museum) on Ambedkar’s birth anniversary.

The decision to create this museum was strongly opposed by the Congress. Their allegation was that the BJP has decided to renovate the museum to deny Nehru’s contribution.

However, on Wednesday, Nripendra Mishra, the former principal secretary to the prime minister and chairman of the executive council of the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, said that Pandit Nehru was portrayed as an institution-builder in the ‘Prime Minister’s Museum’.
