News Desk: Three more months to go for the President Election. Already, the ruling and the opposition party have started their preparation.
According to BJP sources, the saffron camp wants to move ahead with a woman face in this year’s presidential election. Frontrunners are Orissa BJP leader Draupadi Murmu and current Uttar Pradesh governor and former Gujarat chief minister Anandiben Patel.
Political circles think that if BJP goes with Draupadi Murmu in the polls, the BJD, the party of Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, will fill all the votes required for a majority. At the same time, more votes from the opposition are likely to go to the BJP.
