Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Calcutta High Court Justice Amrita Sinha has sought a report on the ED investigation against Abhishek Banerjee in the recruitment scam case. ED has been ordered to submit a report on the progress of the investigation and why he has not been summoned again on September 14. However, the ED lawyer said that Abhishek Banerjee will be summoned again for the purpose of investigation.
