Debjit Mukherjee, Kolkata: Temporary blow for the opposition in the Duttapukur blast case. “No NIA and CBI investigation now” a division bench of the chief justice of the Calcutta High Court dismissed both the cases filed by the oppositions. Their observation, investigation has already started. NIA team also visited the spot. As a result, the investigators should be given some more time.
