News Desk: The Calcutta High Court on Monday gave interim relief to Leader of Opposition and BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari after the CID summoned him in connection with the probe into the death of his bodyguard.
“He does not need to take any action right now in the context of the CID summons” the court said in its verbal order.
Earlier today, Adhikari did not appear before the West Bengal CID in connection with the probe into the death case, stating that he was busy.
