News Desk: With time, situation in the Bhawanipore constituency is getting tensed as the bypoll is going on. The ruling TMC and its arch rival BJP is on with their allegations on each other.
After TMC complained against BJP candidate Priyanka Tibrewal of influencing voters, the BJP also complained against ministers Firhad Hakim and Subrata Mukherjee for the same.
Reacting to this allegation, Mr Hakim said “We don’t have any intention to influence voters”. The BJP also appealed to keep an eye on both the ministers.
BJP also complained against TMC MLA Madan Mitra of booth jamming and false votes earlier today.
Chaos erupted at Khalsa High School after BJP candidate Priyanka Tibrewal entered. Locals complained that the saffron party candidate entered with excessive cars and outsiders, which is creating problem for the voters.
