Farmers protests against farm bill

News Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the new farm bills are historic and will be beneficial for the farmers of the nation. He said that Minimum Support Price (MSP) will continue. Oppositions protested against these bills. Rahul Gandhi said that this will make farmers a slave of corporates. Eight MPs of oppositions were suspended by Venkaiah Naidu for raising their voice against the bills.

Farmers in Punjab, Haryana and Bengaluru started protesting against the new farm bills. Effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi burnt. Copies of farm bills were burnt. Roads were blocked. Farmer protests has become the outcome of the new bills.
