News Desk: Dead body of an eye witness, named Shefal Vaishnav, of Jhalda Congress councillor Tapan Kandu murder was recovered along with a suicide note.
The suicide note says “I have been suffering from mental depression since the day Tapan was killed. The scene I saw is not going out of my mind. As a result, I can’t sleep at night. I chose this path because I could not bear it anymore”
